CD 129: Virtual Library Visit

This will give you an opportunity to see what is available to the children and families online. Please visit two library websites from the local San Diego Area. (San Diego County Library, San Diego City Library, Chula Vista City Library, National City Library, etc.). Please answer the following questions comparing two of the websites.

Website #1:

Please describe the opening main page and how easy it was to function. How did it look?

What were some of the connecting pages you found? How were they helpful?

What were some of the sections that were specific for young children?

What were the other services that you found that the library offers?

Was the website made for adults or children? Why do you think that is?

Was there any connecting pages specifically for children? What were they?

Website #2:
