Description The book report
In Section 1 (Introduction): explain the main thesis of the book.
In section 2 (Summary): offer a brief summary of the argument of each chapter (3-5 sentences per chapter).
In section 3, (Interaction): offer personal engagement with the text. What was helpful, and why.
If you it had, some problematic sections/chapters explain why. For example, are the arguments consistent, well developed?
Do they accurately support his or her main concern (argument) Is the thesis and are the arguments viable within your current ministry framework?
What theoretical issues or topics for further discussion does the work raise?
