You are asked to adopt the role of a consultant and have been asked to review the entrepreneurial capabilities of an organisation (Provided in the attachment) The CEO has completed an audit, which has ‘scored’ the organisation on the four pillars of organisational architecture and commercial environment, and has given you the results. Your task is to critically review the audit results and make appropriate recommendations to the organisation, based on the audit results as well as other academic/industry sources to offer critical evaluation of the audit results.
