- Answer the following question by writing a 1–2 page response.
- Why eyewitness testimony is not reliable?
- You should respond by providing several science-backed reasons and exploring them as well as you can. Develop your responses and explain them properly.
- Provide at least one real example of when an eyewitness testimony resulted in false conviction.
- Use at least 2 quality resources in writing your essay (excluding our textbook). A quality resource has many features but at a minimum it has in-text citations and a reference list. If a source does not cite its own sources and has no reference list, usually it is not a very reliable source.
- Besides the two mandatory good quality sources, you may use as many resources as you want (articles, blogs, books, videos and documentaries, etc.). You may receive bonus points if you use more than 2 quality resources.
- Do not use Wikipedia
- Using a peer-reviewed academic journal article is not mandatory, but you will receive bonus points if you use such articles as your sources.
- Use Font 12 Times New Roman, double spaced.
- A good length for the essay is about a page and half, excluding the reference list. Do not write more than 2 pages or less than 1 page.
- Title page is not required.
- Do not copy/paste or quote anything. Paraphrase instead.
- Provide in-text citations and a reference list for all the sources that you use.
- Follow APA 7 style in your in-citations and reference list.
