Protecting the Organization:

  • Identify how “LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT department“ is impacted by employment law. (Like Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Laws, regulated by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Department of Labor (DOL))
