Each student will develop a Synthesis Table using the attached synthesis table document to evaluate one disease from each of the three body systems listed below: ( Neuro, Endocrine, and Renal)

1. Neuro: Subarachnoid Hemorrhage, CVA, Migraine, Multiple Sclerosis
2. Endocrine: SIADH, Pituitary Adenoma, Hyperthyroidism/Thyroid Storm, DKA
3. Renal: Nephrolithiasis, Renal Cell Carcinoma, Urinary Tract Infection (Upper), Chronic Kidney Disease

Instructions:

1. Include the following in the table: Pathophysiology, Epidemiology, Signs(Provider Sees)/ Symptoms (patient complaint), Environmental/Cultural/Genetic Factors, Labs and Diagnostics, Patient Education focus, Information Technology Resources, and Operational Systems Strategies Implementation for staff/provider education.
2. In the table, provide information on each topic in bullet format, but ensure that the narrative has enough explanation; in the appropriate column, give the page numbers from the textbook and references from peer-reviewed journals (Ex. Jones, 2017).
